Predesign
Krejci Associates Architects will work with you to evaluate your
program, schedule, budget, and site conditions including a zoning
ordinance review, and other requirements of the project. This may
include field measuring and photographing existing buildings to prepare
base documents for additions and renovations.
Schematic Design
Krejci Associates Architects will establish the conceptual design of
the project based on the program illustrating the scale and the
relationship of the project elements. Together we will develop a site
plan, if appropriate, and building floor plans and elevations.
Design Development
This phase will continue to develop the design of the project
further defining the appearance of the project, including selection of
building materials, building systems and equipment. We will draw plans, elevations,
and sections to scale, and identify general levels of quality.
Construction Documents
The construction documents shall establish in detail the building requirements
of the project. The documents consist of drawings and specifications
used for bidding and negotiating with your builder, obtaining your
building permit, and constructing your project.
Bidding and Negotiating
Krejci Associates Architects will assist you with interviewing
builders, evaluating bid proposals, and providing support information to
the construction documents if required.
Construction Administration
Through out the construction of your project we will provide field
inspections and reports, and respond to field conditions, builder
initiatives, or changes.
